Principles

Our groups are based around simple principles. We will eat real food and not starve ourselves by calorie counting or overdoing exercise. We will nourish ourselves with food that provides the essential vitamins and minerals our bodies need to flourish. Our choices will be guided by the latest evidence-based research.

Starter Group

The first group experience will aim to kick start your weight loss, resetting your metabolism to stop storing fat and start burning it for energy. You will work on cutting out foods that cause cravings which drive you to overeat. Filling up on nutritious, delicious, real food three times a day will be essential.

Ongoing Weight Loss

Having done the kick start group the next phase will be longer, and depend how much weight you have to lose. This will be essential on your journey towards a long term healthy lifestyle. You will work on how to enjoy a wide and varied nutritious diet in all the situations life throws at you.

Maintenance Club

After you’ve reached your natural healthy weight, you may want to remain part of a group of people who enjoy sharing recipes, having dinner parties and chatting about all things that help you to remain healthy and energetic. This group will deliver that and more, to stay healthy for life.
